Cognova AI

Cognova AI gave businesses an AI sales and support assistant that answered their customers on their website and on WhatsApp, using the business's own products, locations, hours and policies. I founded it in 2024, at 18, and built the product. Cognova was acquired by On Mark TT Enterprises Limited that same year.

The problem

Customers expect an instant answer to the same handful of questions: is it in stock, do you deliver to my area, what does delivery cost, are you open now. They ask on WhatsApp and on the website at all hours, and small businesses lose sales every time a reply comes late.

What I built

• A dashboard for businesses to set up their assistants, test them before going live, and review conversations and analytics.
• An embeddable website widget. One script tag adds the assistant to any site.
• A WhatsApp channel, so customers reach the same assistant where they already message the business.
• Streaming answers, so replies appear as they're generated instead of after a wait.

How it works

Key decision: exact answers from structured data

The questions customers actually ask, about stock, delivery fees and opening hours, have exact answers. Instead of searching free text, the assistant calls tools that query the business's structured catalog and policies, so prices and availability are always correct.
